SKUM Pickled Egg recipe
Excellent and simple recipe for pickled eggs!
4 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
1 medium onion - finely chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Tabasco
2 jars sliced jalepenos
Combine all but the jalepenos and bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Add the jalepenos and boil another 5 minutes. Then pour over 2 dozen boiled eggs and let sit for 1 week (preferably in the refrigerator). I usually also add a jar of hot cauliflower/carrots/celery mix when the brine is added to the eggs.
