I just wanted to let everyone know that we have officially paid off the house on 223 Blanche Street! It's a satisfying feeling to know that the fraternity house is really the fraternity's house. Not a lot of people can say that they own the building they put their letters on. How appropriate that we again, are one of the few (quite possibly the only) greek org(s) that can say that.  Yes, the house needs some TLC, but this is all the more opportunity to learn and grow! The active members, including myself, are very much excited to see where our newly found financial freedom takes us! Thanks for the support, and congratulations to everyone who has made this feat possible over the years!
